- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat hourly rate for my services. After the first hour, I am also okay with charging by the half hour so that you're not paying for more time than you need. Jobs that are outside of a 30 minute drive of the Spring, TX area (77389 zip code) are subject to a 2 hour minimum charge; no other travel charges apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry a CompTIA A+ certification and have almost 2 years of experience on the help desk of the NASA region of my company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built my first computer about 6 years ago and caught the bug.
