I requested the repair of my washing machine because it was not doing the wash cycle, they were quick to contact me and attend my request, the technician named Dereck came the same day to perform the analysis and the next day returned to make the repair, very satisfied with the experience, Dereck was very professional, responsible and did a quality job.

I called, and they were there the next day and fixed two appliances within a couple of hours. These guys are really great to work with. And, he is very kind, honest and did I say kind? So happy to have these guys!

I am very pleased with the work done by GIR Family Corp. Derek was extremely helpful in getting my washer working again. I had it fixed last year and when it started acted up again they stood behind their work and came out to get it fixed under warranty. I am very thankful for the work they did and would recommend them if you need help with an appliance!
