- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free in-person estimates. I always do referral discounts, and I keep the surprise fees to a minimum. Maintaining your oasis is a privilege not a right and you will see that in our pricing and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free on-site estimates and build a maintenance schedule from there.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I really enjoy taking the worst of the worst swimming pools and turning them from "Green" to "Clean". I love seeing the transformation as I work, and I always like a challenge.
