I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bridgette and Vanessa. They were extremely thorough and professional. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the job which was a true deep clean of a house that really needed a lot of work. I was astounded by the end result and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the quality. I felt cared for like they were family. I truly will not consider anyone else for future needs.

What a relief! Brigette and her team were able to give my home a total reset! She didn’t really ask any questions, she just got to work and had my house spick and span in the matter of hours. Overall Bridgette and her daughter-in-law were kind and accommodating. However, when you ask for a deep clean you assume that they will bring the right products to actually do a deep clean. First, she said she forgot her vacuum and had to use mine. One reason why I pay for cleaning services is because my vacuum doesn’t pickup well. Hence at the end of the cleaning- my floors did not look clean with crumbs, dust, hair, etc… everywhere. Second, she said she forgot the cleaning supply to clean the stove and other areas well. With that -counter tops still looked unclean, my stove wasn’t clean, my dinning tape still had food stains on it, the faucets in the bathrooms had spots all over it. 3rd, the corners in the house still had dirt that could have been easily removed. I did a walkthrough at the end and pointed out these things. I even took a napkin and was able to clean it myself - so it made me wonder did they even try to clean it. I showed her several areas where dirt was simply left. She tried to address it, which I appreciated. However, she had to leave for another appointment and I had to jump on a business call- so most things were left unresolved with recommendations of what products I should by to clean it myself.
I could be completely wrong in thinking that a deep clean, goes a little deeper than just a standard clean. My house isn’t that big or that messy - yet she quoted a very high price and has been the most expensive cleaner I’ve ever used. I don’t mind paying a high price - if it meant great service. Instead, I got a super high prices and low quality work. My house didn’t even have a “house just cleaned” smell afterwards- like all other cleaner services have had.
Two pro - Cleaned the shower very wells; good dusting job
Other con- used my broom and left it outside.
