- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple and hassle-free for customers: Initial Contact – I start by understanding the customer’s needs, whether it’s window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or a combination of services. Quote & Scheduling – I provide a clear, detailed quote and help schedule a time that works best for them. Service Day – My team arrives on time, walks through the job details with the customer if needed, and gets to work using professional techniques and equipment. Final Walkthrough & Approval – After completing the job, I do a final check to ensure everything meets our high standards and the customer is satisfied. Follow-Up & Maintenance Advice – I offer any necessary maintenance tips and remain available for future services or questions. I aim to provide excellent service with minimal disruption while ensuring every customer gets the best results possible.

I have a BBA in Operations from UWM, which has given me a strong foundation in business management and efficiency. Beyond that, I’ve undergone specialized training in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance techniques to ensure top-quality results. Additionally, I stay up to date on industry best practices to provide the best service possible to homeowners and property owners.
