- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. We consider the size of the property, the number of people and pets who live in it, the age of the house, and the frequency of the service. Simple is better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the beginning, we make sure we fully understand what their expectations are. Once hire, we email our new customer a welcome email, which contains our customer agreement, the pictures of the maids who will clean the property for the first time, and their login credential for our customer portal. We also follow up with the new customer right after their first cleaning, to make sure they are completely satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was younger, I worked for a nationally recognized Maid service company as a cleaner and later as a supervisor, and I know what is needed to do a great cleaning job. I am focused on providing an excellent service at a fair price, always thinking on my client first.
