- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We need to evaluate the job and ask questions prior to giving a quote. We do not do any pre-notice about pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with new customers and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently give a price, we will do so over the phone or via a Thumbtack message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My technicians have over 20 years of training in painting and drywall installation and repair. They are experts in matching textures. They have taken numerous classes and even gone to school for Faux Painting. We also have team members that volunteer for Team Rubicon.
