Came out to reposition some valve boxes but had him do more after working with him for 30 min. Was really impressed with Joe. Timely response, great work ethic, knowledgeable about my system and how to improve it…going to have Joe replace some of my 20*+year old system with a state of the art controller and he has offered to monitor my system on a weekly basis at a very reasonable rate while I’m out of town on vacation for a month. That will reduce the likelihood that the yard, trees and bushes have of being burned up in this heat!

Fantastic handyman! He effectively resolved our issues by resetting and reinforcing our undermount sink with braces, and replacing the rotted, water-damaged board underneath. He ensured everything was leak-free and even provided helpful tips and recommendations. I definitely plan to hire him again.

Joe was our hero, I wish I could select all the positive adjectives above but it only let me pick 3. I am usually pretty handy with household plumbing (installing new faucets, PVC pipes, water lines etc.) but due to a perfect storm of having hip surgery and new countertops installed at the same time, for the first time in my life I had to wave the white flag and hire a plumber. My only regret is that I did not reach out sooner. I started by calling local plumbers but was very uneasy about how cryptic and downright jaded some of them were. Almost every person I talked to was especially cryptic with prices and would also fail to mention "service call fees" while inviting themselves over. A friend suggested Thumbtack where we found Joe and he was one of the first and only plumbers that was very upfront and transparent about his prices (including no service call fee). He was extremely informative and patient with all our questions. I had a lot because I am semi knowledgeable about plumbing but some of the jobs we had for him were out of my depth. He was very punctual the day of the installs even though he was about an hour away and got to work right away once there. Every job we had for him he handled very professionally and efficiently and I feel he even went above and beyond to make sure everything worked well and would last a long time. He did such a great job I was worried the total price tag would end up being a lot more than the ballpark quote we discussed over the phone but to my surprise everything came out to a very fair and relatively low price. Overall he installed new kitchen/bathroom faucets, replaced the old PVC piping (there was unspeakable horrors in the old ones), new garbage disposal connected to the new faucet and dishwasher in the kitchen, new wax ring and flange in guest bathroom where the old wax ring had basically dissolved (it looks and and smells so much better now) and installed an attachable bidet in our main bathroom including a new supply line that was needed. This was about a week ago and everything still looks and works great. Thank you Joe for being one of the good guys in a very intimidating industry.
