It started out great. We paid ALOT of money - Matt bailed. He did a few things and then when some things he installed did not work- he refused to move forward or help us. We asked why - zero response. Please don’t use this gentleman.

Some very important information is being left out here. I was working at an hourly rate that Ms.Fritter agreed to. The work that I "bailed" on, was at zero cost to her, I told her that I did not want to do two of her projects, no money was ever given to me for either of those projects. Absolutely no work was left undone or in non-operable order. I offered to get the one item up and running, she refused as she did not like my response to her blatant disrespect and accusations of me exploiting her. The device was fully installed and her wifi would not reach the device and proceeded to blame that on me. I will gladly be fully open with anyone who would like to know the full situation.
I am proud and trustworthy person but, I will not tolerate lies and disrespect when I have been nothing but professional and curtious.
