Positives, he responded the same day and was willing to come out the same day (since it was on his way home from another job). He also did the work immediately and was done in probably 15 minutes. Finally something that has bugged me for years is solved. 5 stars. Negatives, he said he would be there around 4 so I left work early. He showed up at 630. He did give me updates but I was annoyed I had to wait so long. The work was done, fast and without a quote and he charged me $200. I was a little shocked but didn't try to negotiate. I thought that was a lot. 3 stars. Combined is 4 stars.
