All services include 1 year warranty and all stain and seal jobs include half off labor up to five years to re finish the entire surface with fresh coat of stain/sealer. Brandon cut the vine, cleaned the fence, stained and sealed the fence nicely. Payment is due after the job is completed, and it comes with 1 year full labor warranty and 4 additional years half price warranty. He did a great job in fence and I hired him to clean, perm, stain and seal the yard, he did an excellent job too!
