Additionally, we provide an introductory rate to give you the opportunity to experience our services firsthand and see how we can meet your needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your onboarding process begins with a detailed call to understand your needs and determine how we can best assist you. We then match you with an assistant whose skills and attributes align with your requirements or industry. You'll also have the chance to meet and speak with several assistants. This entire process usually takes between 1 to 3 days
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly diverse and well-equipped to handle a broad range of administrative tasks. We have members with backgrounds in engineering, business, marketing, and teaching, as well as expertise in data analytics, bookkeeping, and project management. Although we are all dedicated virtual assistants, our varied educational qualifications and practical experience in these fields enable us to offer specialized support and tackle complex challenges effectively.
