- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $75 service fee covers the diagnostic fee. After a diagnosis has been made, we will go over what needs to be repaired on the appliance, how much that part costs, if I have that part in stock, or if it needs to be ordered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please, send me the model number. It helps me find parts to bring as well as a chance to research any service bulletins or recalls the unit may have
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in and out of residential construction/remodeling since I was a kid. Between those jobs, I did 3 years commercial electric, repaired boats (from engines & drives to rewiring). The last 4/5 years, I have been doing this straight. I have been a warranty technician for GE, Samsung, and Whirlpool direct. I have also taken jobs from companies like First American Home Warranty, Choice, Assurant, SquareTrade and more.
