I am beyond grateful that Robert did my 11 month inspection today. He was extremely thorough and honest with me. He took the time to explain to me everything he noticed throughout my inspection (In my attic, on my roof, door frames, and thermal imaging) and also gave me a ton of helpful tips for Genral maintenance of my home!If you are in need of a home inspection, look no further!!10/10

Robert did a mold inspection for us and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and what to expect. He even called after the reports were sent to us to ask if we had any questions. 10/10! Definitely recommend him for any inspections you might need!

Professional home inspector is right. He was very knowledgeable and put in the work to get on my second story roof as well as in the attic. Because of his findings, my roof was repaired before the closing of my house. Plus many underlined issues. He also did thermal imaging to verify insulation. His report made my builders nervous.and they corrected his findings. Good job . I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone. Very professional. Thanks again.
