Contracted with Lansden to perform a variety of projects including a kitchen remodel, tile replacement, roof replacement and exterior and interior painting. All work was accomplished as promised. All quality work! A year after the completion of the work, no new issues or problems surfaced. I always felt that they treated my home with the same level of quality and attention to detail, that they would treat their home. Never any surprise costs or delays. Outstanding company and people. Highly recommended.

My shower is absolutely beautiful. It was beyond my expectations. It’s so nice that I’m thinking of renovating the entire bathroom to match the shower. Lansden Construction is punctual, practicable and professional. Give Jay room to be creative and he will surprise you. I highly recommend Lansden Construction, for all your construction, Reno, upgrades and etc needs. All I ask is don’t hire them while I still need them for my other projects (Lol) 😂😂, just kidding. Wonderful craftsmanship.

We have hired Lansden Construction several times for bar project and hands down, the professionalism and thoroughness of the work done is unbeatable. Will continue to use Lansden Construction.

I cant say enough good things about Jay! He's everything you want in a contractor. Responsive, professional, does great work. I merely gave him a color scheme for our bathrooms and he ran with it and picked everything out himself and I loved it. He even threw in a couple surprises like a heated light/vent that I didn't even know I wanted until I had it! (And on top of it all, he was very reasonably priced.) Highly recommend!

Loved working with Jay. He showed up on time everyday and did the job completely as promised! Very easy to work with and did an excellent job. I had a complete kitchen remodel. He removed old flooring and cabinets, cut out an opening between 2 rooms, installed flooring, cabinets, lighting,backsplash new appliances,hooked up plumbing and painted. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. And he did it all alone due to the Covid issue except having his wife come help when needed. Love them both. Would recommend him to anyone and will certainly have him again if i have any more projects. Also no big surprises at the end when time to pay. The total was just as estimated.

We like to come do Walkthroughs. This helps us get a feel for the client and the job, but I️t also allows the client to get a feel for who we are.

Jay, is a carpenter by trade. His dad was a carpenter....and his dad and so on.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our current project...3 bedroom 3 bathroom home renovation. Planned for 14 days, but we will be done on day 8.
