We have not been contacted by Ortiz electric yet. This is no fault of Ortiz electric, because we noted in our information with Thumbtac that we would not be ready for work to be done until after Dec. 25. It is now the early morning of Dec. 27, so they have not had adequate time to contact us about when to come to where we are to check our non-working solar panels. Their business is probably 60 miles or so away from us, so scheduling a time to come might be hard to fit in their work schedule.
