- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a base price which includes vehicle usage and a 1 hour and 30 minute minimum. if 2 people are required for a job the charge is $90 for a 90 minute minimum. if the job goes pass the 90 minutes then you will be billed in 15 minute increments. We also have stair charges of $25 per location if it's only 1 flight of stairs and $35 if it's 2 flights of stairs per location. For all junk removal jobs, initial price point is just an estimate. price may change based on actual volume of items and how much space is taken up in our cargo van/trailer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend that you provide pictures and as much details of the job as possible to get a close to accurate quote as possible.
