- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a base price which includes vehicle usage and a 1 hour and 30 minute minimum. if 2 people are required for a job the charge is $135 for a 90 minute minimum($202.50). If the job goes pass the 90 minutes then you will be billed in 15 minute increments. For all junk removal jobs, initial price point is just an estimate. price may change based on actual volume of items and how much space is taken up in our cargo van/trailer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend that you provide pictures and as much details of the job as possible to get a close to accurate quote as possible.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some questions we typically ask are as follows. Are there any stairs? Will everything be boxed up and ready to go?
