- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the project and includes the following: 1. Furniture moving 2. Removal and haul away of your existing floors 3. Subfloor preparation 4. New flooring including pad and underlayments 5. Installation of your new floors 6. Trim including quarter round and baseboards
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers and helping them get the floors of their dreams. We come to your home with our Mobile Showroom loaded with over 3,000 flooring samples of carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and luxury vinyl. Our Design Associate will meet with you to understand your vision for your space and then show you samples that match your budget, lifestyle (pets, kids, etc), and design. During your in-home appointment, we'll measure your space and give you a down-to-the-penny quote. We'll then order your flooring and work with you to schedule the installation. We keep in constant communication throughout the whole process. On the morning of your installation day, your Design Associate will meet with you and the installation team to walk through the project. At the end of the installation, we'll do a final walk-through with you. Most of our installations are done in one day!

Our team is continuously trained in the latest flooring trends and installation techniques. We work closely with the largest flooring manufacturers in the country and only carry the highest quality of products at each price point. So whether you are looking for budget-friendly vinyl or super plush luxury carpet, you know you'll receive the best quality product that will last for years.
