I gave Gilbert an old, malfunctioning ‘business style’ laser-printer and he convinced Epson that my printer was defective due to a software glitch...I would have never known!!!
Subsequently-he returned to me a brand new/up-to-date printer at NO ADDITIONAL COST from Epson. I payed him his fee and walked away with a newer/better product!!!
