Gilbert did a great job diagnosing our problem with our printer at my church. He recommended purchasing a new printer since the part that was not working would cost almost as much as a new machine.

We kept getting an error message for a paper jam that I tried for over an hour to find. We were on the brink of buying a new printer when I learned about Mr. Prado. He arrived on time the next day and found the issue in less than 3 minutes! He also gave me tips on other things about the printer. He's a gem!!
