Oscar did an incredible job repairing our air conditioning unit. The unit was leaking which required prompt attention and he was able to come see us the same day. He called me to give me status updates throughout which gave us peace of mind. I will definitely be using Oscar and Kinship in the future!

I needed a common wire (C wire) installed for my Nest thermostat. They arrived early and set it up in about 15 minutes. Super nice. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I hired Kinship to repair a broken blower fan and perform preventative maintenance on the outside condenser units. Oscar sent out his tech, Michael, to take a look at the issue and while it seemed like a tricky problem to diagnose, he did end up finding the faulty part and saved us a lot of hassle. The cost of the repairs and maintenance was very reasonable and both Oscar and Michael were very professional and friendly. I would be happy to work with them again.

Mike came out to observe the issue I was experiencing and was able to deduce that the A/C motor needed to be replaced. He and Oscar then got a replacement for me same day and reinstalled it. Overall they were both very kind and professional. Id definitely recommend them for your next maintenance or repair!
