* It isn’t often that I single out an artisan for praise. The theory is that I contract with them to do a job, and they do it. I pay the agreed-upon amount, and that’s that. Yet, I have found a rare exception in my experience with Juan and M Construction. Juan built the pavilion of my dreams for me, down to the very last detail. Juan treated me with respect and more importantly he treated his crew with respect and the work they did reflects a harmonious work environment, even in the challenging desert heat. Here are a few pictures of their craftsmanship.

We had the great pleasure to work with Juan and team on our Garage Conversion project. All we asked was to leave the painting to us but he completed everything else (pictures below are not painted yet). It came out better than we could have asked for. We worried about how to permit correctly but Juan assured us he had it covered. Everything passed with flying colors no issues, he even drew up the professional plans for our project. The team was quick and responsive to anything; even if I had a simple question at 8 PM at night Juan always responded. He went above and beyond for our project. We appreciate this team and couldn't recommend them enough. Very blessed to have met him and his awesome team!

We contacted Juan after having bad experiences with other contractors in El Paso. We were very cautious. However, after hiring Juan, he and his team demonstrated such extreme quality of work, that our neighbors and friends who viewed his work requested his contact information. For us, Juan and his team built a custom pantry of superior quality (much more than contractor-grade) in our kitchen. Additional projects included building a master bathroom counter, building a custom deck around our outside bathroom, designing and building a storage closet in the main area of our home, as well as several other projects. Juan displayed superior integrity, trustworthiness, and communication for every part of the projects. The high quality of work that Juan provided has added tremendous value to our property. In short, we would highly recommend Juan, and we would request only his contracting services for any of our projects for as long as we live in El Paso.
