Immersing into the world of yoga can be an exciting challenge.
Private sessions have a different intensity from group sessions, and they offer a better way to connect with our students and cater more to your specific needs. Some of you may not be accustomed to movement and /or don’t feel comfortable attending a public class. Some of you may be long time yogis looking to improve your practice with more challenging asanas(poses). And some of you may have injuries, or other special needs… Private Yoga helps cater to YOU specifically.

Claudia’s class was great! The movements were challenging but not impossible for us beginners. We also enjoyed the sound bowls; we thought we were relaxing on the beach.

Our group had the best experience with Moon Soul Yoga, I can’t recommend enough! Claudia facilitated a relaxing, healing sound bath with somatic yoga and breath work. She was a joy to work with and accommodated for our group who was all from out of town. If I lived nearby I’d be attending all of her events! After our sound bath we couldn’t stop talking about how perfect it was. If you’re on the fence, definitely book a season with Moon Soul Yoga!

Where do I even begin to describe the profoundly serene and nurturing experience that Claudia orchestrated for us on a morning that was nothing short of magical?
As a bride surrounded by the buzz and occasional chaos of wedding preparations, finding a moment of peace can seem almost mythical. Yet, Claudia turned this elusive dream into a splendid reality.
From our very first interaction over the phone, Claudia's warmth permeated through her voice, setting a tone of calm and professionalism that was deeply reassuring. Managing a group of ten, particularly when nearly all are visiting from out of town, could easily be an overwhelming task for many. Not for Claudia. She seamlessly arranged for each one of us to have a yoga mat, ensuring no detail was overlooked. She was punctual and very communicative leading up to the day.
On the day we were scheduled to immerse ourselves in the soothing tones of her sound bath, a light drizzle whimsically attempted to reshape our plans. However, Claudia, with her quick thinking and resourceful attitude, found us a quiet, covered haven where we could still experience the tranquil vibrations undisturbed by the weather. Her adaptability and determination to provide a perfect setting were truly impressive.
The sound bath itself was an ethereal journey. Claudia's dedication did not go unnoticed; each one of us was touched by her sincerity and commitment to making our experience memorable. The rest of the day, my bridesmaids and I couldn't stop sharing our joy and amazement at the beautiful morning she had crafted for us. Her ability to blend professionalism with a heartfelt desire to deliver peace and joy is nothing short of remarkable.

Claudia has a great talent. She intuitively knows what me and my body needs and encourages me safety out of my comfort zone to achieve better than imagined results! I completely trust her methods and wish I could practice with her more days a week.
