I am an experienced non-profit development and fundraising professional with over 10 years of success in the field. I have served as Development Director for Dress for Success and Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, leading fundraising efforts, securing grants, and driving impactful community initiatives. Additionally, I have provided contract grant writing services for various organizations, helping them secure critical funding for growth and sustainability.
Before launching my business, I managed community and internal employee engagement for TJX Inc. (TJ Maxx), where I developed corporate social responsibility initiatives, strengthened brand engagement, and fostered connections between employees and the communities they serve.
As the award-winning owner of Mission Crafts, I built the business from the ground up—starting at zero and scaling it into a six-figure company and growing. With extensive experience in brand development, business planning, and strategic implementation, I understand what it takes to create a thriving, beloved brand.
My expertise includes social media strategy, using quantitative data to target consumers, and deep knowledge of consumer trends, brand building, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). I am also skilled in market research, product development, fundraising campaigns, grant management, production planning, and special events.
I have a strong presence in San Antonio’s community and social services sector and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at San Antonio, with additional certification in non-profit management from the San Antonio Area Foundation.
I’m passionate about helping businesses and organizations secure funding, develop strategic plans, and build impactful brands. Let’s work together to bring your vision to life through grant writing, non-profit development, and fundraising support.
