- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have our basic pricing especially with wedding packages we do have three main packages but its important to remember that not every event nor everyone are the same. Prices will vary depending upon what all you need or dont need us to do. We feel we are very fair with pricing and absolutely will work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each type of event is a little different, but basically they will all start out with meeting with you and discussing exactly what it is you are wanting to do and most importantly what you DON'T want. Once we have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish we will discuss budget so that we know exactly what we are dealing with when trying to find vendors and venues. From there its easy..we do all the dirty work while you relax. We are very very good at keeping our customers in the loop throughout the entire process from beginning to end
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before we took this on as a business, both myself and my husband worked in the corporate world. We have over 40 years combined experience in Project Management and Staff Management and both of us with very large corporations. We have the experience and the knowledge of how to handle stressful situations and difficult people.
