Maria from A Better Fete was absolutely wonderful during our wedding planning and on our wedding day. As a bride, having a coordinator who could take care of every detail allowed me to completely relax and enjoy the day. What set Maria apart was her incredible attention to detail and proactive approach. She ensured that all our decorations were placed perfectly, and even anticipated additional decor needs that I hadn’t fully considered. Working alongside Vanessa, they created a seamlessly smooth experience that made our wedding day stress-free and magical. The true value of a wedding coordinator became crystal clear through Maria’s work. She handled everything from venue setup to vendor coordination, allowing me to be fully present in the moment instead of worrying about logistics. Her ability to anticipate needs and solve potential issues before they arose was remarkable. I cannot recommend Maria and A Better Fete highly enough. Maria and her team brought my vision for my husband’s retirement celebration to life. Every detail was exactly as I wanted, and her attention to detail was spot on. We spent about 30 minutes discussing my vision for the party, and I sent her a few reference pictures. The following day or two, she sent me a proposal, and we walked through it to determine what I wanted to change. From there, she got started. A Better Fete took care of everything, from finding a venue, a cake maker, catering, decor, and set up to break down and clean up, all on time and on budget. I didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and his guests were in awe of how everything turned out, and a few guests even asked for Maria’s contact information for their upcoming events. I will be hiring A Better Fete again, and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review trust her skills and hire her. She will not disappoint.

I absolutely loved the Ohio State column the ladies made! They were on time, very professional & friendly to my granddaughter & and great price! I also rented a backdrop stand & they set up my backdrop also! I would definitely hire them again!
