- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the xactimate software which is used by most major insurance companies for all estimates and final pricing. This keeps our prices reasonable and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any type of loss we need to gather your information. See what areas/room and materials are affected. How long the issue has been going on. We'll need to know if you are working with your insurance. We'll also need to see the area and assess onsite before providing any estimated pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are proud to say that in our time in San Antonio we have worked with local residents, commercial buildings, and government facilities. We're able to handle your restoration needs no matter how big or small.
