- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cash, Check, Square cash app, Venmo accepted. Deposit (50%) is required to secure date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple. Depending on what the client prefers, I can start with a phone call, email, or video call to get a better idea of the client's vision and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated my videography business for seven years now. I have extensive experience in video/audio editing, Final Cut Pro, and filming.
