What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us our goal is to get all the details necessary to achieve the result you want. Our project manager will go over a short questionnaire with you and provide you a customized quote. If you have a large or specialized project you will work with our expert who will provide you with the best options that fit within your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our project manager is a certified project management professional and all of our audio/visual technicians have their electricians license. Our audio/visual expert and owner has over 12 years of experience in sales of audio and visual equipment, as well as 8 years of experience in audio/visual installation.
