- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple years of experience with mounting TVs. my pricing will always be fair and more than likely undercut the market. at a time when funds are tight for everybody. me as a consumer also know that you as a consumer definitely need some type of savings or are looking for some type of savings when it comes to this particular job. so therefore I do offer various discounts. and on top of that depending on what the job is you may even get some services for free. however I do want you to go ahead and be able to consider that you're getting the right pro. for the right job. because in this line of work consistency works better. and clarity makes the job excellent
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process with working with any of my customers. is to have a conversation either phone call or via text. during this conversation we are going to discuss the job that you're looking for me to do. that way I can give you an exact estimate on what it will be for the services that need to be done. once the conversation is over. and you have hired me for the job I will then send you the final estimate on what it will cost you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes I have multiple years of hands-on experience with doing the jobs that I like to do. I will never be a shady contractor nor will I ever be a shady person because I was not raised that way. fairness and honesty is how I'm able to take the training that I have gotten. and apply it to my own business
