- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very competitive while giving you a true expert. Many discounts are available for military, first responders, and teacher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would explain what to expect from my service with clarity and also educate the state of their pool and pool equipment. Then provide a quote for service with everything that was presented during our meeting. Upon pool service I email a pool summary after every service with a time stamped photo, pool chemical readings, and what was performed. We stay on top of communication and reliability
