- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will consist of two options one for travel to residence and estimate will be given on site or our consult which includes an hour for an assessment of your whole system and repairs or adjustments needed. (parts are extra)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication through text or call and a brief introduction along with a discussion of our customers issues and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Licensed Master Irrigator on staff for all types of repairs or to assist in any regular maintenance.
