- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Communications Wiring: Whether we are running Ethernet, Coax cable, Phone line, speaker wire, or other, there are several factors like complexity, obstacles, distance, type of cable materials, and more that go into our price per drop. This is why we offer free estimates to anyone within Bexar county (contact us for our competitive estimate rates outside of Bexar county). This allows us to meet with you to go over exactly what your needs are so we can build you an estimate right there. Network Servicing: We charge a flat hourly rate for our network servicing. Discounts: If you are an activate or retired military member, public service worker (teacher, healthcare worker, police/fire, and more), we offer a 10% discount off our services and ethernet. (Please note this discount does not apply to merchandise).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers and all our customers always reach back out to us for any other of their technology needs because of our customer first ideology. When a new customer reaches out to us, we like to either schedule an estimate or phone call to go over their needs and requirements so we can build a proposal/estimate. After this, we send them a link to our booking site so they can pick a date and time that is convenient for them to complete the project. For larger projects, our planning team works with the project manager to build a schedule/GNATT chart to ensure we stay onetime and complete the project when need us to.
