- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have to dispatch, the dispatch is $60. In addition, depending on the issue that will need to be discussed over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, what I do and why I do it. Telling the customer my tenure for computer specializing. I like to build a rapport and trust with my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with computers or over 15 yrs. the most important thing to know about this profession is that it constantly evolves to more and more upgrades. I graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2007, and since then computers have been my hobby.
