Initial Visit Discount: We offer a special discount for customers who sign up for a project on the same day we conduct our initial inspection. This is a great way to kickstart your project with savings right from the start. Project-Based Pricing: Our pricing is tailored to the specific needs of each project. Factors such as the size, scope, and materials required are taken into account to provide you with a fair and accurate estimate. Price Assurance Guarantee: We stand by our competitive pricing with a Price Assurance Guarantee. If you find another contractor offering the same exact scope of work as our estimate (including materials, warranty, and credentials), we will not only match their price but also pay you $100 for the time it took to find that contractor. Additional Fees: Please note that there is a 3.5% fee for payments made via credit or debit card. This fee is necessary to cover the merchant fees associated with card transactions. Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, and check. Additionally, we can assist you in finding a suitable financing option to help manage the cost of your project. Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for homeowners, offering a range of options including good, better, and best replacement estimates, as well as repair estimates and metal roof estimates. This ensures you can choose the best solution that fits your needs and budget. Optional Upgrades: Should you wish to enhance your project with optional upgrades, we are happy to accommodate your requests and provide the associated costs upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: Information Needed: When contacting us for an inspection, we will need your first and last name, phone number, email, address, and your availability for the inspection. Initial Consultation and Inspection: Free Inspections and Estimates: We offer free inspections and estimates for homeowners. What to Expect: During our inspection, we will arrive on time, inspect the roof, attic, and exterior of your home. We will provide a photo report, an estimate, and sit down with you to discuss possible solutions and answer any questions you may have. Estimate and Proposal: In-Person Estimates: All estimates are given in person. We will not email an estimate without first reviewing it with you. Options Provided: Our estimates include several options for fixing your home: good, better, and best options for replacements, repair options, and metal roof options. Project Planning: Post-Acceptance: Once a project is accepted, we will collect the down payment and begin scheduling the project. Scheduling: Most projects are scheduled for production within 15 days of accepting the proposal. Scheduling and Preparation: Communication: We will call to inform you of the project start date once it is scheduled. Preparation: We recommend discussing any specific preparations needed with your roof expert. Execution and Communication: Updates and Contacts: Throughout the process, you can contact the company office, your roof expert, or the project manager with any questions. Regular Updates: We strive to keep you informed with regular updates and progress reports. Completion and Follow-Up: Final Quality Check: We will complete a final quality check and fill out a customer completion form to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Warranties: We provide manufacturer's warranties and workmanship warranties, with details varying based on the selected materials.
