- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often beat our competitors' prices for similar projects. Plus, we have various discounts and promotions available. Right now, when you purchase a new roof or solar system, you’ll receive a free generator or gutters!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client decides to work with our company, we send a welcome email and assign a dedicated project manager to oversee the project. The project manager will handle all necessary permits, create a detailed materials list, and establish schedule expectations. This ensures that there’s one point of contact managing the project from start to finish for a smooth and streamlined experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in our qualifications and certifications. Our installation comes with certification from the roof manufacturer, ensuring quality and compliance. We employ a Master Electrician to oversee all electrical work, and we hold an EPA Lead Safe Contractor Certification. Additionally, several team members have completed product training and earned certifications in their respective areas. We also have a Certified Public Accountant on staff to manage our financial practices effectively.
