- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is giving onsite after inspecting and accurately measuring and calculating the cost to make repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process in working with Rox Roofing is the following: ➊ Customer books a time to visit the property to go over scope of work. ➋. We walk the property and address any damages seen from the ground. ➌ We then will go over pricing, payment plans if needed & select products. ➍. Agreement and scope is sent to production. ➎. Our project manager will then call and go over start dates. ➏. Once project is completed, we’ll walk the property and settle up. ➐. Customer writes an authentic review :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
➊. Rox Roofing attends manufacture installation classes and courses. ➋. Continuous research and keeping up with new technology. ➌ To provide the best product and service, we try as hard as possible to stay up to date with practical and recommended techniques from the manufacture.
