- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our fencing department we do use a basic per linear foot pricing, but do conduct site visits to ensure all factors transparent for both parties in case pricing will be lower or higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our top priority is to listen and acknowledge customers' expectations and their end result. We want to ensure the customers' vision is met or exceeded. We want our first estimate to be the last, if not or lower. Our business takes pride in our workmanship and customer satisfaction. When we leave a job site it will be cleaned as if it was our own home and product as if were a shinny new car.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of professionals have worked their whole lives in the construction industry in varies sectors, from residential carpentry, flooring, concrete and concrete etching/staining, to commercial construction. Our team is also made up of US Military Veterans who understand the process of completing projects as per design/job scope.
