Manuel came out the day I called him. He gave me a bid and scheduled to come out the next day--so in 36 hours form the phone call I had my lights--they look great and I am very pleased. He already booked the date to remove them for me.

Not having had previous experience with this company, I had a lot of questions but knew to let the company representative tell me what he found and offered for solutions before I said much of anything. Manuel was not only the inspector but also the owner and installer of Montes Roofing. He thoroughly explained what he found, including many issues I had not been previously made aware of or noticed on my own. Manuel offered his solutions, explaining not only the benefits and possible shortfalls of each but also explained why various materials and code were applicable. Not only was I satisfied Montes Roofing was the right choice, I was actually looking forward to getting the project completed. Now after completion, I am happy to post my review for Manuel and Montes Roofing. It is not an exaggeration when I say that this is a rare occasion where a five star rating is not enough. Definitely one of the best roofers in the San Antonio metro area.

Manuel was quick to respond to my request. I searched & spoke with/texted with numerous other pros, but Manuel gave me the best deal by far. He is kind, friendly, and easy to speak with & knowledgeable re: my project & showed photos of recent projects. He did a very neat mount of the control box, made sure the cord was not near garage door. His price was beyond competitive. THIS is who you want, stop looking👀 I haven’t seen them in the dark yet
