Mr. Montes was quick to respond to my roof repair request. I told him that I had a roof leak and he said he would come and take a look and gave a timeline for when he would come by. Upon investigation he let me know that a portion of my roof had blown off from recent storm, and showed photos of the damage caused. He explained the work that was needed for the repair and suggested additional work to seal the other roof penetrations to prevent water from entering in the future. We agreed on when the work would take place and he realized the roof and I went ahead and got the preventative maintenance as well. I would recommend Mr. Montes to anyone who needs a roof inspection or repair/maintenance. Will call him with any future needs.

I first had a larger roofing company come out to look at a repair I needed. They tried to sell me more than I needed. I sent Montes a repair request and within one minute he called me back. He showed up the next morning and gave me a fair price. Within two hours the repair was completed and clean up was done. I would recommend his services.

The owner, Mr. Montes, showed up the following day, a stormy day, between storms. Two 'top cap' tiles were damaged at the top ridgeline of the roof. He cut 2 tiles he had with him, fashioned them into top caps and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Very happy with the outcome. Nice and professional with top reviews on Nextdoor.

Highly recommend!!! I could not be more pleased with this roofing professional. He responded fast and did my job the next day. I am very happy with his work and he left the job site cleaner than he found it. He did everything exactly as I asked him to do it. However, a screw-up on my part meant the job had to be redone. Not his fault AT ALL; but he understood that I needed this job done ASAP. He was already on another job but he took the time to recruit a colleague who could come out the same day. And that guy also did a fabulous job. You must hire this guy!!!
