- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Owens Corning preferred contractor, so we offer extended warranties. Estimates are free, and we often offer a "good, better, best" option
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss customer needs and provide free roofing inspection, than suggesting repair of full replacement. If the the project can be covered by the insurance company, we walk you through the process and ensure that the insurance cover all the damages. After adjuster meeting we schedule the work. After everything is completed we walk with customer to make sure that he is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 7+years of experience, we are trained to install a variety of roofing systems-from shingles to metal roofing. Further, our industry provides for continuing education and various and sundry new techniques and product lines. We continuously upgrade our knowledge through training from GAF, Owens Corning and other industry leaders.
