- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and provide free upgrades on our new roof installations. We will not install cheap materials just to make the job less expensive. If you're looking for the cheapest way to get something done, then we are not your contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide two options: 1. If you already know that you need a new roof, we can provide a complete online and over the phone experience. We will pull satellite imaging reports to create our estimates and go over the job online or over the phone with you. 2. If you're not sure what you need, we will come out in person and provide a thorough inspection by getting on your roof to take a close look and by flying our drone to get high-resolution imaging of the entire roofing system. Once we agree on the project and sign a contract, we will have one of our project managers work directly with you. You will have direct access to your project manager at all times, as well as one of our owners. We believe communication is the most important part to ensure every project goes great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide our staff with ongoing training on all our services and stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends.
