- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is not available for our service because every building/house has so many variables, such as number of vents, skylights, pitch, product, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer schedules an appointment with one of our Project Managers/Sales Reps to discuss project details and/or review plans. 2. Our rep creates a proposal quote and presents to customer. 3. Customer and rep discuss any changes or upgrades. 4. Contract is signed and deposit (usually 50%) is paid. 5. Project is scheduled and performed. 6. Once project is complete, customer pays final balance and change orders, if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and trained to install some of the major roofing products such as Owens Corning, Versico, and MuleHide. Additionally, our installers all have between 5-15 years of experience in the roofing industry.
