- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We help our customers make a claim with their insurance. As soon as the adjusters come out to check their roof, we are there with them 100% of the time to ensure we are both seeing the same damages. Once your roof is Insurance approved, we schedule your build!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are local, general contractors registered with the city of San Antonio
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers who have gotten denied by their insurance and 90% of the time we are able to turn a denial into an approval! We also work with customers who have gotten an approval, customers who are unsure of how to make a claim or unsure of the insurance process AND customers who are looking for a quote! We provide consultations to see what option is best for you!
