He came out with the wrong attitude. Stating that he doesn't do small jobs. I put down what I needed done. After checking out the things I wanted done,he said he would send me an estimate by Sunday,never received the estimate. When asked a question,he was very short with his answer. If he thought the job was too small,he shouldn't have come out.

Carlos from Alamo construction replaced bath tub with a walk-in shower at our house. He was always responsive, punctual and very professional during the whole time. He came out as planned and finished the job with very little disruption to our work from home schedule. He always communicated with me as he is making progress on the job. Let me know when he is coming in and going out or unable to come due to weather. I never had to call him to ask if he is going to show up or not. He made sure that he covered all non work areas and minimised debris and dust in other areas. He cleaned up everything after the job is done. All material he purchased, he checked with me before installing. He was patient as we were choosing and going back and forth with tiles and shower hardware. I like that as job progresses things change and he was flexible with us.
