solved my deed issue in 2 hours. highly recommended. Updated on 2nd use of the service: Used the service 2nd time for answering questions about my short term rental insurance coverage given the 1st good experience of solving the title deed dispute. Unfortunately it is not good as expected and she did not answer the my specific questions about the coverage and provided wrong directions on interpreting the exclusion terms in the insurance policy. If you need to look for someone that could help on homeowner insurance coverage maybe she was just not the expert on this domain.

She was very quick to respond and her pricing was reasonable however because of the COVID-19 the document that I needed to file all the fees have changed so I ended up doing it myself so I wouldn’t get an extra charge
