- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 10% discount for all new clients on their first service. For all first responder, military, front line workers, and teachers, there’s always a 10% discount. (My family consists of military, first responders, and teachers. I have the greatest respect for them being out in doing their jobs during these trying times)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask what my client is looking to achieve with the service they’re interested in. Next I’ll set expectations, by explaining the process, whether or not it can be accomplished and give the timeline for the project. Then I’ll make sure my client has a copy of my $2 Million insurance policy and get them scheduled on the calendar. I send an email or text reminder the day before I arrive. I then send a text when I’m on the way and one when I’m finished so we can walk the property, go over everything and answer any questions they may have if they’re home. (If my client isn’t home, I’ll take before/after photos or a video of the work and send it to them so they can know the work is completed)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in IT Sales/Marketing and I have worked for Dell, Rackspace, and Facebook. I’ve taken that professionalism, high -level attention to detail , my home grown surplus of ocd and put all of it into my exterior cleaning business that is Prime Time Washing.
