Hi there, I can build ANY type of fence. The way I do my jobs for my clients is that you provide the materials that cover the linear feet to complete the job. By this I provide a breakdown for your material, You will know exactly how much your materials will cost. I just charge you for labor. I go by linear feet. Yes, prices can be Negotiable. Just keep it fair and understand it is a lot of work. I will pick up materials for you and dispose of the old existing fence if there are any. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT CONTRACTORS DO GET CHARGES FOR A LEAD ON THUMBTACK. IF YOU'RE NOT READY FOR ME TO START THE JOB, I WOULD GREATLY APPRICIATE IF YOU DONT REQUEST ME OR WASTE TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE THE FUNDS.

The gate on the side of my house had seen better days. It needed to be replaced. I contacted Manuel's General Services about having the gate replaced. Very responsive! Manuel arrived yesterday (Friday) as scheduled and replaced the old gate. Cedar wood was used, and a latch was installed that can be locked from the inside. All went well! Manuel did a great job!
