She did great! Wasn’t expecting to get my piano tuned in such short notice but sure enough it’s done. Piano was a from the 80s I had just acquired. Definitely will call if I need anything else.

She met all my needs in a timely manner and answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in tuning my piano, and replaced two of the hammers, after she finished, she played my piano and it sounded perfect, I would recommend Nicole's Piano Services to everyone.
