Introduction
Classically trained and attended Cornish College of Fine Arts in Seattle, Washington and studied jazz improv there. I have a wonderful rapport with kids and have four of my own. Love what I do and would be thrilled to teach your kiddo and/or adults. $50/half hour is my rate. I would come to your house and provide all teaching materials. I also throw an annual Christmas recital at my home which is always a hit! Please, feel free to reach out!

My kids are taking lessons with Ms. Schlessiger for almost a year, they started so young (age 4-6) and she has been super patient and consistent with them, meanwhile they are getting to learn the foundations of music. I’m very happy with the progress.

Courtney has been very encouraging, reliable, patient, and flexible. My son & I are both beginners with very different learning styles, but we both are enjoying our lessons and great progress with Courtney's guidance! Highly recommend!

Courtney teaches my 7 year old daughter piano. She is a very patient and kind teacher! She also makes the lessons fun. My daughter looks forward to her lessons with Ms. Courtney! I highly recommend her as a piano teacher.

Our daughter has been taking piano with Ms. Courtney for six months and has learned a lot. She is on her second book and know quite a few songs. Courtney helped us choose a keyboard for our daughter to learn on and has been very accommodating when we have had scheduling conflicts etc.
