Communicative, understanding, and extremely honed in his craft. James is a workman's workman. He did more than I could've asked for, and saved me from more stress and agitation than anyone I've met all year. He repaired my phone, but he fixed a great weight off my shoulders and that is something a price cannot be put on.

After attempting to get our daughter’s iPad cracked screen fixed at Best Buy via Apple Care, we were advised it was unable to be fixed. After reviewing all the positive reviews of James, I decided to reach out to him and must say within 3 hours he came over to our home to fix our daughter’s cracked iPad screen. James was easy going, respectful and professional. He was also fair with his pricing especially for being mobile and having to drive a distance to our home outside of San Antonio, TX. Highly recommended and would hire him again if needed.
