- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father was a competitive bodybuilder in the 50's and also played ball for the US navy, so I was raised in a fitness atmopsphere early on. I learned early on about the benefits of exercise, and eating clean. I'm very proud that my sons have taken after my fitness lifestyle. I'm also very proud, that at the age of 55, I'm still able to motivate clients, young and old to stay healthy!
